I have set up macros on a database which attach reports in .doc format to certain recipients. When the email window pops up, I am able to open the .doc report before sending so I can edit, highlight, etc. If I send this database to another person, the email macros function but they are unable to open the documents before sending. The recipient can open the documents normally. Why can't other database users view the documents before sending?
