Email to Access 2007 Help Please

Hi Everyone,

Just started in access but starting to really like it, however my knowledge is still at the beginner stage,

the problem i face is i have setup a small database, i want sales reps to be able to email me of any changes, i have set up an email form through the wizard but i want them to save the email on there desktop so they can send it back whenever they change something, is this possible or do i have to send it out everytime they want to inform me of a change

your reps will not be able to email a form as such, but they could email the db containing the form and I presume data. When you receive this data do you mannually type it in or have you automated this, You could either link to the table in the emailed db or open it then update the main dataset in you main db.

Hi,

This information will go into the db, the db will monitor how many changes etc etc.. what im after is the email that i created through access, could i save the email to a desktop and get them to email me through that template every time

Can i do this
