email without a report attached help required please

Hi there all i have an A97 db with an email button the pronlem i have is i dont want to send a report with the email i just wanted to populate the send to field and the cc field but the only way i seem to be able to set this up is by attaching a report to it

can this be be set up so that an email can be sent with out attaching anything?

Here is me current code
