Have a problem, maybe someone here already knows how to do this.
On my company's database, there is a form for event summaries where supervisors type into text fields. I set the database to where they export the report of the last 24 hours into an email to send to upper management.
I am using HTML as the format. I know this is not a favorite, but for some reason they could not open the RTF on their smart phones and they didn't like snapshot. The RTF thing is wierd since their phones have Word and can open Word documents. Excel throws it into a spreadsheet and isn't formated right.
So, I have been using HTML, the problem I am having is that HTML splits the report into separate attached files, one for each shift's report. This happens instead of how RTF just takes the 3 or 4 pages of the report and makes it one file that they can scroll down.
So my question is, Can an HTML export be set to keep all the report pages on the same email attached file, instead of splitting them?
Thanks for any advice you can give me.
