I think i know why he got the sack, at it didn't have anything to do with his programming skills...probably more to do with the fact that he couldn't speak english. :p

Did it not occur to you that the member in question most likely came from a country where English wasn't the mother tongue.
It’s a fact that most spelling mistakes made here are by the English
We don’t belittle members for their inability to speak, let alone spell correctly in English.
 
I must agree. There are some here (including myself) that have days where the mangle the words they attempt to type in.
 
Now that i've mastered the ability to distinguish the difference between post new and post reply... i can apologise..

Man, 9 0r 10 posts and you're putting someone down for poor English?
