Erorr when running code

I am getting an error 'Run time error 2001, You canceled the previous Operation'. I don't know where I am makin a mistake in this code. I hope you guys will figure it out.

The error 2001 means that you used
a wrong field name in your "DCount". Check evrey
names, they must be the same as in the table.

I think I know where the mistake is. Try this;

You can shorten that.

"[Follow up date] <= #" & Now() & "# AND [Appointment Reminder] = 0")
