Error -2147467259

Has anyone ever gotten this error when you try to update a recordset??:

"Key column information is insufficient or
incorrect. Too many rows affected by
the update". Error -2147467259

If so, how did you resolve the problem??

Below is the code:

strfield is the name of the field
NewValue contains "0.01"
intIndex contains the field index in the recordset
mrsTable is the recordset

I get the error when I hit the update statement.
