I am sharing an Access Database with a colleague. The database is saved on the company server. I can open the database but I am unable to run reports. My colleague who built the database has full access to everything.

When trying to run a report, it will ask me to input the required date parameter and then gives me "ODBC - call failed" after I do so. When I click "okay" I get a screen that tells me:

-Error 2950 has occured
-Macro Name: open sales report
-Condition: True
-Action Name: OpenReport
-Arguments: sales report v2, 5, , , Normal

With the button option to "stop all macros" which does nothing.

I believe this is a problem with permissions in our internal system and not related to Access. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance :D !

You might check to see that your ODBC DSN is set up just like your colleague's. Or you might not have certain permissions that they have on the SQL Server.
