Error Accessing File

I keep getting this messge. I've recreate the entire database, twice, and every time all of a sudden I will get an error message. I don't know what to do anymore.

A message box pops up and says
Error Accessing File. Network Connection may have been lost.
if you click okay, Microsoft Visual Basic Appears. If you try to close it, it says this command will stop the debuger. I know nothing about debugging.

I've tried moving the database to my desktop with no luck. Every time I try to do something I'll keep getting that message and can't go on. I just really need help. Thanks!
