Error Adding New Data to Form

I get the following error when I try to add new data to my form.

Cannot add record(s); join key of 'tblAppointment' not in recordset.

Help please?

Possibly the RecordSource of your form is a query that joins two or more tables and a field that is required for the AddNew to succeed is missing. Open the RecordSource of your form in the query designer and troubleshoot it there. Add the field you need and ensure that you can successfully add a record. Then copy that SQL back to the recordsource of the form.
