Error Loading DLL

Recently upgraded Access 2000 to 2002. Since then all of my db that open with the view of the switchboard are having problems. When they open I get an error and no switch board. The error is "Compile Error: Error in loading DLL" Then VB editor opens with "Set con = application.currentproject.connection" highlighted. Any ideas?

Open a module, go to Tools -> References and see if anything is labeled as MISSING.

It sounds like it could be a problem with the Microsoft Jet 4.0 Database Engine. Try downloading the latest version here
