ERROR message! please help

I have a table that keeps crashing. The only error message I get is "Invalid Argument". Each time, a single record will turn into "#Error". Each field says this in the row. When this happens, Access won't let me delete just that row,

Any ideas how to delete them?

I suggest that you have multiple people using this table and that you have no record locking strategy in place.

Multiple people are attempting to add/Edit the same record

Two actions required

1) Impose a record locking strategy by using the Record Locks of the forms you are using for Add and Edit

2) You will have to import the non error rows into a new table, Delete the old table and then rename your new table.
