Error Message when starting up Access

I am receiving an error message when loading up an access database:
The Form name 'Ongoing Volunteers' is misspelt or refers to a form that doesn't exist

Is there a way to find where this could be as I have gone trough all the forms and cannot find one with this namw - how do I get rid of this message??

You must have put some startup code to tell it to open that form. Did you check the startup form, or an Autoexec macro?
