Error - Subscript out of range - Help !

I am trying to import 4 fields from Excel to the Access table. I am able to import the fields one by one but when I try to import all the 4 fields together to Access I get an error "Subscript out of range" and therefore could not import the data.

Please advise.

Sorry, what do you mean by code here. I am not using code. I am simply trying to upload a spreadsheet into the access database table by importing it. I am getting this error message during the import process.

I was getting this error after filtering my data in excel.

Here's the scenario:
I copied and pasted the filtered data from one spreadsheet into a new spreadsheet. Then when I tried importing the new spreadsheet into an existing table (append) I got the subscript out of range error. So next I reopened the spreadsheet I selected the range using ctrl shift and "end" placing my cursor on a1 cell. Then I saved as the same file name and when it asked do you want to overwrite I said Yes. The file imported without any further issues.
