Question Error while importing database

Hello,

I am getting the following error when I am trying to import the data from an existing database to an empty new database.
"The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time."
The reason why i am trying to do is because i cannot see the tables,code etc..on the old existing database.i.e i don't have admin rights.So I am trying to import to an empty database and want to remove security settings so that I can do whatever I want.

Please suggest me.

You have to have the admin rights to import anything from a User Level Security enabled database. Otherwise the security would be meaningless.
