Excel 2007 changing numbers to 0

I just upgraded from Excel 2003 to Excel 2007 and have come across this issue. I am entering a 17 digit number (i.e. 12345678912345678) and Excel changes any numbers over Fifteen to 0s (i.e. 12345678912345600).

The cell format is Number with 0 decimal places.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

DUH... I guess I had a blond moment. I should have thought of that!
