Excel to Access

Is there a way that from Excel add a record to Access. I don't want to copy and paste as I do now. I think there is a VBA way to add a record in Access, but I can't figure it out. Anyone out there that can help me?
And at the same time, where do I find the [Solved] symbol?

Here's the board itself. It has the peices where they should be on the board. Also Included is a 4 player version board. I never played 4 player chess but it sounds hard to play.
