the attached file contains data I want to load these data to the database
I face some problems
convert these data in excel to columns in the database

Report By
Department Head
extract date form title into 2 parts (from-to)
Department Name
unplanned Tasks
Convert Days to Columns and rows beside the task and crew

any help is appreciated

i am hoping you only have 1 format /template for your weekly excel report.

it will be save into two tables (header/details).
