Excel2.0 to Excel2003 Conversion

Hi,

I have a file which is in Excel2.0 format and need to save the file as Excel2003 format using a macro.

Would just opening the file and saving the file will do the trick or is there a special way of doing it ??

Even if just open it then close it, Excel will warn you and give you the option to save as 'the current' file format.
What version of Excel do you have ?

I have Excel2003, but I don't want any warning messages.

Can I explicitly specify that I want to save the file in this particular format.
