executible srips my print option off what do I do?

When I make my program and executible it is stripping all my menu items off. How do I get a menu bar in the read only format so I can distribute it to my clients?

I guess the problem is that I know that it strips them and I know I need to create them somehow but I'm not sure on how to deal with that, can you help. example if possible
