Can any one help me for a code to execute an phone.exe from vbacode

Have you used Shell?

Yes, but the problem is it is showing agreement form every time i click on call, which i have to click on i agree and then it proceeds.

So if you normally execute the program does it bring up the Agreement window?

Unfortunately, if the application is written in a way that every time you have to agree to use it, then there is nothing VBA can do here (I guess !)..

ow...i see, and every time from particular displayed profile i make a call the number is not coming it shows number from previous call

I think this is where I should say.. "Sorry what ? " I have no knowledge of the application and how your Dialer system works.. So its hard to guide you on that front, I am afraid..
