Existing data not being sent in email data collection forms

I'm trying to do some data collection via the Access generated email forms.

I use the wizzard to create a form from a single table that includes email addresses. I include the primary key field and mark it as as "read only" so no one can change it along with other selected fields (not marked read only) for the customer to update if needed.

The form is created and emailed to the customer but none of the existing data is included in any of the fields on the form for the customer to update.

When you say "Forms" do you mean reports or forms.
 
The Data collection form that Access creates by choosing "Create email" in the data collection box on the "External Data" section of the ribbon
 
I do not get the screen in the wizard "Are you collecting new data or updating existing date?" and the the option for updating existing data is disabled.
Any thoughts?
