I am currently creating a Access Report using a wizard. The problem I am having is the workspace will not go beyond 22". The amount of columns I have will not all fit on a 11 x 17 page so I would like to spread out the data over two 11 x 17 pages expanding the workspace to 34". Can somebody help? Thanks.

have you tried editing the form you create with the wizard?

In the past, i have found that through editing a form myself, i have accidently made my report print over two pages. This could work in your favour in this case.

When you have made your form using the wizard to get the basic outline, you could then click on Design View and alter it yourself. You can drag out the background just like you would on a form, therefore giving yourself more workspace and more space to move your text boxes on. :)

Thanks for the response. This is through editing. Since I can't fit all my columns on an 11 x 17 page I would like to spread them out through two 11 x 17 pages. The problem is Access will only let me go as far as 22" when I need all 34"s to make the report look neat when I print it out. Since I can only go as far as 22"s it leaves most of the 2nd page blank. Thanks Again.
