Export database structure without data?

I've got a simple database that I want to give to a friend (who also has Access).

How can I export just the database structure without the data?

Another way to do it is create a new blank database and import the objects from the existing one in to it. There is an option to only take the structure without the data. Remember to take any custom toolbars or menus you've created and to compile the code on the new one once all the objects are created.
