Export filtered query to XML

I have a query that is filtered on a form (Forms!qRosterReport!SessionID) that I need to export to XML. I can export the query unfiltered but get an error with the filtered export. I am ok with Macros but very limited with VBA. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I realize this isn't exactly the solution. However the site referenced does have some ideas. It might provide a starting point.
If you find some interesting code, post it here so others can help touch it up.
