Export XML File Error - Access 2010

My first time posting here... Although I've found answers to many of my questions in the past I can't find my current situation.

First the basics:

• I'm using Access 2010
• The db was created when I had Access 2007 and is an .accdb file
• I didn't have any problems when I ran Access 2007 and just today I had another person (who hasn't updated yet) test to see if they received the error and they don't, so it appears to be a 2010 error.

Problem: When I try to export a report as an XML file [Data (xml) and Presentation of you data(xsl)] I get the following errors:
1st error:There was an error loading the XML data file 'C:\Documents and Settings\BRF001\Local Settings\Temporary Internet\Files\Content.MSO\6491054F4.tmp'. Please make sure that the file is a properly formatted XML file. System error: -2146697210.

2nd error: There was an error loading the XML data file '|1'. Please make sure that the file is a properly formatted XML file. |2

If I only export the xml file I do not receive any errors. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Dont know the answer, but should ask You where do You send xml and how? In fact, I have to send xml file throught net to state authorities server. Do You know the best way?
