Exporting a Report to a File

I have created a report in a cash receipts module that exports transactions for import into an accounting system. The report consists of one field that concatinates various database fields, determines whether a transaction is a debit or credit and adds punctuation, as the input format is comma delimited. My problem is in exporting the report to a file. I get odd line breaks on every 2nd or 3rd record. However, when I preview the report, it is normal with 1 record per line. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wonder if you could share this accounting module. I am desperately trying to export/automate my Access database with Quickbooks, VersaCheck, etc. They only recognize .QIF files. I don't know why the concatenation is not performing well. I could take a look at it... no promises.
