Exporting and importing xml data

I am hoping that one of you brainy people out there can help me.

What I am trying to do is set up a button on a switchboard (Main Menu) that will export data in a table to xml so they can be imported and appened at another location on another button into an existing table. If I could get just the gist of the code I can adapt it to my tables.

Simple answer is to open an ADODB recordset and use the Save function with the adPersistXML

rst.Save "c:\x.xml", adPersistXML
