Exporting outlook email addresses

I have exported part of my emails to an access database. The only problem I have is with the email addresses in the GLobal Address book, as they are written in a specific 'language' not common to the name@domain. Type is EX and I would like to know how to change it to SMTP when transferring emails into access. At the moment what I get is /O=AI/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=NAME OF PERSON
