Can anyone help me with this problem please ? I think I posted it in the wrong section, because I've had no help there...

I really need some feedback on this, is it even possible? Do you think it would be possible, and if so, what should I look into?

I'm not expecting someone to just do it for me, just point me in the right direction please :) Thanks

bump?

Someone, anyone, anything, please?!

Thanks for your reply Moniker,

I've read your post and from what I gather you're collating the relevant data to make it ready to export, this doesn't really apply to me. The data is in a subform and already linked with the parent form's record. From the vba code in the other thread I think i've already done this.

The problem I have is not being limited to a number of fields in Word. I can keep creating more and more fields, but there's always gonna be a time when it's not enough - is there a way of making it flexible. i.e Word has 4 fields for data when there are 4 fields exported by the subform which can change to 12 fields when 12 exported or 30 fields when 30 exported etc etc?

Thanks for your suggestion, I hope someone can give me a straight answer to this - be it yes (and hopefully how :)) or no, which would actually be equally as helpful.
