Expression to pull prior month's values

I have a table showing sales reps and their budget for each month of the year. I want to create a simple query that shows the reps and the budget for the previous month. For example, if I run this month, it will populate with the numbers from the column in the table labeled January.
Is there a simple expression I can use to accomplish this?
