Extract data which is not in the form of tables from (ie)

I Got a website from where i have to download data daily but it is not in the form of tables so i am copying and pasting it is there any other method to import that data

Probably then, the simplest way is the copy paste method... just make sure to Paste Special as text

You can probably do it with VBA (macros) too... but I am not a VBA expert...
