Faxing a report

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to use some code to get access to fax a report.

It is if your "Fax" is a Printing Device. You will need the code that allows you to change the Printer you are printing to.

I too have been asked to come up with such a feature. Are you saying that if we have a printing device (we have a printer, copier, scanner all in one) that we may be able to send a report through this machine's software?

Please explain as I am really interested in learning more about this.

All you need to do is to install fax software (try Mighty Fax! - free 30 day trial versin available). You do not need a fax machine - simply install the software and when you go to 'send' the document, simply print and change the print device to Mighty Fax! Simple.
