I need to produce reports that display what equipment is on loan, I have set up a report but when I run it, it displays all the pieces of equipment, how do I make it miss the unloaned equipment out?

One option would be to create a query that selects only the equipment records that you what in your report. Then, use the query as the record source for your report.
