Does anyone have any information about this library, or has anyone ever experienced problems with it? I only ask because everytime I load Office 2003 on my machine, I seem to get everything I need except this file! Apparently it is a library for Access. Without it, database and recordset objects do not work in my .mdb's, so it's obviously pretty important. The error I get is "Cannot find referenced library".

I'm just curious if anyone knows anything about this file, or any problems with it (or what it's used for)...
