Fill in a form field on button click.

Hi,

Just had an "I wonder" moment.

I have a form that stores information on requests from outside sales.

Once we have completed the request, I have a button that will e-mail confirmation from Access to the salesperson.

I also have a field that is effectively [Date advised] so we can keep track of when the salesperson was informed. This is a date field.

Is there a code where once I click the button to send the e-mail, that access automatically puts todays date in the [Date Advised] field??
