Hi there.

I've searched all morning and haven't come across anything that can help.

I have a form with a sub form. I need to filter the sub form based on a checkbox which is on the main form.

The sub form displays a list of purchase orders and some are invoiced and some are not. I want to filter out the ones that have been invoiced to see the ones that haven't.

The sub form is populated with a query.

The main form is called Frmsite and the sub form is called SFrmsite. The checkbox is called Chkinvoiced.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It would help if you could show readers your tables and relationships.
Also, check out the Similar Threads at the bottom of the page for additional info.

I have tried to upload my database but it says it is to large. I have zipped it but it says its to big.

As far as the threads below they are mostly about combo boxes and not relevant to my problem.

Have you tried doing a Compact and Repair, and then zip?

Tried it. It just wont upload.

Have you got any suggestions on the question.

You followed this sort of procedure from the FAQ?

We need to understand the tables and relationships. What fields and "business facts" relate the form and subForm?
The similar threads may not explicitly deal with a checkbox, but it's the logic, the link fields and conditions that have to have something relevant to adjusting a control on the main form to trigger some action/event/data change on the subform.

The question needs more context. Take some screenshots or use the snipping tool to show what you have and edit/adjust to show desired result....
