Solved Filtering data in combo boxes

I have list of chemicals used and a key/score is applied to each based on how each is used. Then Advice is provided where necessary
Chemicals Used
Herbicides
Fungicides
Insecticides
Fertilizers

Keys
A - Excellent
B - Good
C- Fair
D - Unacceptable
I created a table containing lookup fields containing all the chemicals used repeatedly with labels of chemical1 to chemical4. Then I created a table for the keys and enter the above key information. I do not know if I have approach this correctly. I would like that once the user selects an option from the combo box that option selected is not available for selection. Any ideas would be appreciative.

Can you post your dataase, it would make it a lot easier. You can do a not in list by setting the row source to not include records already selected. See the combobox in the example. It requires a little code.
