Filtering the content of a form

Guys, how will i filter a form upon loading.

ex. when user click this form , the form will only show all records
that has his initial in field : field"user", "RHO"

do i explain it clearly? it's like this. when user RHO click this form,
all records which has RHO content on user field should be displayed on the form.


i will appreciate your help.

Does the user log in as RHO?
This value is stored in the CurrentUser variable when a user logs in.
If this is the case then the Forms filter property could be set accordingly.

that's also my problem, i also want to put a user name and password before opening a form but i'm not good enough in VB, could you help me and lend me the code i need to insert as well it's filtering.
