Finally a conclusion

I have compromised regarding adding text to a textbox plus fields. I think I have spent enough time on this and my latest incarnation looks reasonable. Included are three screenshots showing the correct calculations regarding 12, 13 and 14 subjects taken in the mock examinations.
May I take this opportunity in thanking all who have tried to help me in this endeavour.
