find .zip file is password protected ?

Hi,
I would like to know the code to find if ".zip" file is password protected.
Pls help.

PS: I already have code (for msOutlook) to ensure all attachments send are zipped.
Now, need to ensure that the users who send ".zip"-file as attachments in e-mail (msOutlook) are all password protected.

The only way to know if a zip file has password protection on it is to try and open it. AFAIK.
