First Try at Updating via code Help please

Access queries are definately not the most efficient method of updating. They are slow because they have to keep retrieving information. SQL queries are much more efficient because they get the info once and store it locally until closed.

Not so, in fact, it's the other way 'round...
Static queries are considered to be faster than dynamic queries....
