Forecolor Change in Listbox

I have a listbox with a blue background and forecolor set to yellow. It has 6 columns, the first one hidden. The rowsource is set in code using a query. Only the 3rd and 4th visible columns appear in yellow as they should. The other 3 are black. I tried setting the forecolor in code as well, it did not change anything. I've no idea why this is happening.

I have managed to solve it. Those 3 fields in the table were formatted '@'. This seems to cause the forecolor to revert to black. Strange, but it works okay with the formatting removed. Stranger still, I'm sure I didn't add the formatting.
