Form asking for parameters when fields are present

I created a form and subform based on a query but when I try to open the form it asks for the parameters of three fields. All of which are in the query. I am not sure what is wrong but think it may be something to do with the calculated fied "GST Calculated" within the query.

A copy of the form and associated table and queries are attached. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The prompts come from the query, not the form. You appear to be referring to the query instead of the table.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Have resolved the issue by pointing towards the originating tables instead of the query.

No problem. Have fun at the Olympics! I was there visiting my daughter a year or so ago and saw the construction going on from the train.
