Form Design Margins

Good morning,
What is the best way to design a form that can be seen on any size screen?
I have a fully functional database but when I tested my forms on the screen in our conference room I could see the bottom of my form where there are no pictures (I didn't look right)
Also what is the Grid X and Grid Y in the properties?

It's not the screen size, it's the Screen Resolution that causes the problem.

There are a number of hacks out there that address the problem, one being the Form Resizer by Jamie Czernik. If you google just that, you should find
that specific one and probably other, similar ones.
