Form Field Background Changes to Transparent

See attached image. I have a form created in Access 2007. When I open one of the forms, one of the fields will show a white background until I move my cursor inside the Reports section of the form then the background turns transparent. I have the Back Style as Normal and the Back Color as #FFFFFF. Visible is Yes, Special Effects is Sunken I have compared the properties to the combo box beside it and can not find anything different. Any idea why the background would change to transparent when I move my cursor into the Reports section? I removed the Reports Option Group and this did not happen, then I created an Options Group again and named it Reports, then it started happening again.

For starters it would appear as though you have your controls on a frame object which begs the question why?
