Form fields not updating from combobox selection

Dear Pro's,

Completely baffled here. Nothing was wrong, but today when I opened my database:
When selecting an item from the drop-down list (combobox) the other fields in the form used to update, now nothing will change except for the combobox showing the item. (so quantity will stay at 0 rather than updating).

Unable to find anything on Google, hope someone can help.

What is the code behind the combo box? If you click on it's row source property and open the query / table it's based on what results do you see?

We need more info. Please tell us more. Show us tables and relationships, code behind combo etc.

Resolved now. Somehow the relation was removed without anyone accessing the database in any way. Not sure how
