Form issue can this be done

I'm using a form for a checklist about 100 fields. The checklist could take a few days to complete so there maybe different users who will work on the checklist. 1st question when the checklist opens can I have the focus move to the 1st step that has not been completed yet? Second question how can I prevent a second user or trhid user from changing steps that were completed before them?

Yes that can be done.

I am assuming the steps should be done consecutively.

So if you 100 checklist, 3 records.

1st record of 100 should be completed first?

on current record, use the recordset method, go through the fields, if one of them is unchecked, set the focus to that field, if all of them checked, then controls should be locked.


You should use on current, not on open.
