Form no longer prompts for query data!

I have a query that has a prompt in it for data selection. (['Customer Number']) This used to work just find, but now for some unknown reason when I open the form it no longer prompts for the selection.

What I have been working on, is adding a couple fields that are not in the query at all. Could this have something to do with it? Other than that nothing on the form has changed...... Most odd....

the solution is simple. just re-select your recourdsource from the list.

I took out the record source and saved the form, went back in and selected the record source again and saved. Same issue is happening. The query is being pulled up without prompting for the selection criteria. If I open the query directly I am prompted so the query works, just not in the form.
