Form on subform(Datasheetview), not capturing/reading the selected data

Hi All,

I have a created a database that captures details of tenats. It captures the contact details of tenants including monthly payments details.

The problem I am having is on a subform(Payment_Details_Renting_Subform) which is in datasheetview. On its own it works(opening a form to capture/view details), but when put on a form(Property_Renting) it does not work.

How it should work is, when I click on open/New column from form(Property_Renting) on the Tab named Payment_Details, it should give the form(Payment_Details_Renting) were I can capture or read the data.

I have attached the database for refference.
